There is a market in the la Penita square every Thursday. We walk down to the Avenida and thru the square past all the vendors to Xambalta, a restaurant owned by our neighbours, , Eddie and Roberto. They serve a Thursday brunch, so a number of the gringos that we met thru Mimi and Yves meet there for breakfast and a visit. Helene and I had a chance to go thru some of the shops and vendors before leaving with Mimi and Yves to go to Guaybitos, a neighbouring town with a great beach. We stayed on the beach, got a lot of sun , went for a long walk and caught a ride back to our home.
Tomorrow we'll stay at home in our studios after getting some fresh shrimps and a few things for supper in the morning.
